This is the second music video for Alva Noto & Ryuichi Sakamoto. It’s getting more interesting at 00:50. It was developed out of the visuals i did for the Insen Tour.

HOla..
I like your work a lot. I though this videos were programed by Alva Noto himself. I live in Chile where I have performed in different types of artist manifestations, the last one was in the metropolitan opera where I process a piano concert, something similar to what Noto and Sakamoto did. I found out about their work after I perform and I was very impress by their work. My own work is usually perform on real time, process, creation, composition all in real time. Good life friend. Nice work.

Hello Pablo,
why not post a link to your work? Sounds interesting.

I’m confused why authorship would be mixed up? The “Trioon” video, which you can also watch here, has very clear credits at the beginning.
That being said, I’m a fan of both the audio and the video.

Me too! Big fan :) Both audio and video.
I am very interested to know more about how this video is created in real time. Is it completely audio spectral analysis, or is there some MIDI involved. What tool is used? vvvv, pd? max/msp/jitter? I am very curious. What is used by Alva Noto when performing Insen live?
